Characteristic features
Description
The door leaf is made of galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 1.5 [mm] and coated with a polyester layer or powder-coated. The door, with a thickness of 80 [mm], is filled with mineral wool. The frame is of the profiled type (internal), with welded hinges. The frame is made of high-quality steel profiles formed from galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 2.0 [mm].
Sealing system
Flat EPDM gasket. Threshold finish – threshold-free, with a thickness of 20 [mm]1), a dropping gasket1).
Fittings and handles
The doors are equipped as standard with a single mortise lock with a patented insert and a black handle made of plastic/stainless steel1).

Mounting holes in the frame, for direct screwing.

Handles
The standard handle is made of polypropylene with a steel core. Handles are available as standard in black. Upon customer request, doors can be equipped with stainless steel handles.
Lock
In steel doors with strip locks, we use GU locks, a leader in this type of solution in the market. High-quality multi-point locks have a class 4 according to PN-EN 12209 standard in terms of security and drilling resistance.
Colors
Powder coating with a thick structure surface. Standard color according to the RAL palette:
Flush doors can be painted in any color from the RAL palette.
