PROFILE STEEL SYSTEM

The implemented and applied profile steel system used in Metalpol door and gate production is made of 2mm-thick steel which in contrast to other products available on the market makes our products much more durable. All the profiles made of galvanised steel guarantee higher resistance to corrosion.

GALVANISED SHEETS

Seamless steel door, our standard product, has always been made of cold-rolled sheet metal of higher thickness.

This allowes welding of the hinges to the door, which improves significantly the mechanical durability of the door.

Metalpol has implemented and used uninsulated steel systems, with thermal insulation, with a thermal seperation 71mm deep in the production of doors and gates.

All the elements of our systems are made with the highest precision and fit one another, which allows us to produce doors and gates of the best quality.
