Characteristic features
Description:
The door leaf is made of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1.0 [mm] and coated with a polyester layer or powder coated. The door, with a thickness of 50 [mm], is filled with mineral wool/honeycomb cardboard.
Type of door frame: corner, hinges screwed. Additional hinge for locking the passive leaf. The frame is made of high-quality steel profiles formed from galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 2.0 [mm].
Sealing system:
Flat EPDM gasket.
Threshold finish with a thickness of 20 [mm], drop seal.
Fittings and handles:
The doors are standardly equipped with an embedded lock with a patented insert and a black handle made of plastic/stainless steel.
Mounting method:
Mounting holes in the frame, for direct screwing.
DT50 equipment
Handles
The standard handle is made of polypropylene with a steel core. Handles offered as standard are available in black. Upon customer request, doors can be equipped with stainless steel handles.
Lock
The faceplate material is made of galvanized steel, with a rounded faceplate width of 24mm, a lock type of PZ 72mm, and a backset of 65mm.
Colors
Powder coating with a thick structure surface. Standard color according to the RAL palette:
Flush doors can be painted in any color from the RAL palette.
