The system’s profiles, made of galvanized steel, feature thermal insulation with mineral wool. The structural depth of the sections is 50 mm. The profile shape allows for slender and durable constructions. Reliable connection of structural elements is achieved through welding, surpassing glued and crimped joints by far.
The met PROF 099 system is characterized by an exceptionally low heat transfer coefficient U, thanks to the use of an innovative solution for eliminating thermal bridges. This is of great importance in an era of increasing energy management and environmental protection requirements.

Sealing is ensured by the use of special TPE material seals, guaranteeing resistance to aging during years of use and excellent thermal insulation.
The system allows for the use of various glazing sets. A wide range of filling thicknesses ensures the possibility of using all typical and non-standard transparent glasses and opaque panels.
A wide selection of colors in the standard palette enables meeting the needs of the most demanding customers. Color coatings are applied using the powder coating method on galvanized elements.
