Characteristic features
Description
The door leaf is made of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1.5 [mm] and coated with a polyester or powder coating. The 80 [mm] thick door is filled with mineral wool. The frame type is profiled (internal), with welded hinges. The frame is made of high-quality steel profiles formed from galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 2.0 [mm].
Sealing system
Flat EPDM gasket. Threshold finish – without threshold, with a thickness of 20 [mm], drop seal.
Fittings and handles
The doors are equipped with one standard mortise lock with a patented insert and a black plastic/stainless steel handle.
Installation method
Mounting holes in the frame, for direct screwing.
DS80 equipment
Handles
The standard handle is made of polypropylene with a steel core. Handles are available as standard in black. Upon customer request, doors can be equipped with stainless steel handles.
Lock
In steel doors with strip locks, we use GU locks, a leader in this type of solution in the market. High-quality multi-point locks have a class 4 according to PN-EN 12209 standard in terms of security and drilling resistance.
Colors
Powder coating with a thick structure surface. Standard color according to the RAL palette:
Flush doors can be painted in any color from the RAL palette.
